My Japanese Bobtail

In 1985 I wanted a pedigreed kitten. We've always had cats and I always liked the different cat breeds. Two breeds were top of my wishlist: Manx and Japanese Bobtail. I found my first Manx cat two years later, my first Japanese Bobtail took a little longer: 25+ years!

In March 2011 I saw some lovely JBT at a CFA show here in the Netherlands belonging to (or bred by) Olivier Grin and Alex Degrachovs from Switserland. One of those belonged to Monique van Eijk, who I have known for a long time. An other (Ch.Kenipurr's Hiroshi of Songgwangsa) had the colour of my first Manx cats: brown tabby and white. After telling Monique I liked the JBT breed very much she said I should contact Olivier and Alex. I did and they offered me Hiroshi to show as a premier.

So I am now the very proud co-owner of:

CFA Ch. & Pr.Kenipurr's Hiroshi of Songgwangsa.

Sire: CFA GC.Kyattsuai Yasuko of Songgwangsa
Dam: CFA GC.BW.NW.Kenipurr's Hajime of Kurisumasu, DM

Bred by Kendall Smith, Marianne Clak and N. Quigley

Thank you Olivier and Alex for this wonderful boy!
